  • We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. Please include this RA number in your return package.

  • For eligible returns, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

d. Return the Item:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the original invoice. Send it to the address provided in our return instructions.

e. Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Specific Scenarios

a. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or replacement.

b. Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

c. Order Not Received:

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund or replacement if necessary.

d. Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

4. Non-Returnable Items
